The aim of this resource is to strengthen and optimise the means of qualitative and quantitative analysis of biomolecules.

Bioprofiler includes an Ultra Fast Liquid Chromatography (UFLC) system, which is essential for a growing number of research programmes. In particular, this system enables the analysis of physiological markers such as peptides and metabolites, the quantification of enzymatic activities and the detection of therapeutic or toxic chemical compounds.

5 HPLC lines, including 3 UFLC (BioProfiler-UFLC) with the following detection systems: UV/visible, diode array (PDA), fluorimetry, electrochemistry, light scattering (ELSD) and mass spectrometry.
Automated sample processing with multi-sampling in 96- and 384-well plates.
3 gas chromatographs (GCFID, GCMS and GCMSMS).
